A Wayland-based corporation, which has been compiling a small portfolio of Marlborough-based apartments, has added another parcel to its collection, purchasing a French Hill neighborhood building for $1 million.
East Main Street Apartments LLC purchased 13-15 Cross St. in a deal finalized on Friday, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records. The six-unit building joins 70 East Main St., 58-60 East Main St., and 54-56 East Main St., as other properties held by East Main Street Apartments.
East Main Street Apartments is co-owned by Nick Drexel of Brighton and Duncan Fitzgerald of Wayland, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth records. Drexel is a licensed real estate agent, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The property was purchased from Marck LLC, a Framingham-based entity managed by Melinda Keegan of Wayland and Mitchell Keegan of Framingham. Marck purchased the property in 2012 for $340,000, according to City of Marlborough property records.
The property, containing a three-story building built in 1910, was given a tax assessment value of $644,400 in 2024, according to City of Marlborough records.
