Waters reports $2B in 2015 sales

Waters Corp. of Milford reported steady growth to finish out 2015, in a year that marked a CEO transition.
The international laboratory instrument manufacturer reported six percent growth in sales, to a total of $2.04 billion, once foreign currency translation was taken into effect. Earnings per diluted share for the year were $5.65 compared to $5.07 in 2014.
CEO Christopher O’Connell, who took on the role in September, said the year was marked by balanced growth and the impact of new innovations, and that the company is set to enter 2016 with a strong foundation.
