A 55,000-square-foot warehouse in Northborough has been bought by a Wakefield real estate firm for $9.5 million.
The facility at 5 Beeman Road, which stands off Lyman Street, was owned by Marlborough's Ferris Development, which paid $9.3 million for the site in 2016. Ferris' other commercial properties include office buildings off Research Drive and Technology Drive in Westborough.
The nearly eight-acre site was bought by NorthBridge Partners, a commercial real estate investment and advisory firm. The deal closed Dec. 18. Northbridge is led by founders Dean Atkins and Greg Lauze, both of whom attended Boston College.
The site was last assessed by the Town of Northborough at $8.4 million.
