6. Greater Good Imperial Brewing Co. in Worcester, with 3,200 barrels
7. Medusa Brewing Co. in Hudson, with 984 barrels
8. John Harvard's Brewery & Ale House in Framingham, with 871 barrels
9. Moon Hill Brewing Co. Inc. in Gardner, with 700 barrels
10. Cold Harbor Brewing Co. in Westborough, with 600 barrels
Tree House Brewing Co. in Charlton and Battle Road Brewery in Maynard, both of which opened in 2017, did not confirm their production numbers for this list, making them unable to be ranked.
