W. Boylston firm buys Worcester apartments for $550K

Rickman Realty plans to renovate the 10-unit apartment complex at 2 Preston St., which it purchased for $550,000.

Rickman Realty of West Boylston said Wednesday it has purchased a 10-unit Worcester apartment complex for $550,000.
Kimberly Rickman, owner of Rickman Realty, said her company plans to renovate the building at 2 Preston St. to provide a better quality of life for tenants.
Eight out of the 10 units are currently leased, and, after remodeling, Rickman Realty will be looking for new tenants to move in March 1.
Contractors interested in working on the project are encouraged to reach out to Rickman Realty.
