A West Boylston environmental firm that recently came under new ownership said Tuesday morning it acquired a Westbrook, Maine company for an undisclosed amount.
Corporate Environmental Advisors of West Boylston said it purchased Boyle Associates of Westbrook, Maine, in order to enhance its services to renewable energy, transmission and distribution and pipeline clients throughout New England and New York. Boyle Associates will do business as “Boyle Associates, a subsidiary of Corporate Environmental Advisors.”
Jim Boyle, the founder of Boyle Associates, will stay on and work closely with CEA President Joe Campisi, according to an announcement from CEA. All seven of Boyle’s employees will be hired by CEA as part of the transaction.
Campisi purchased Corporate Environmental Advisors in April for $480,000 and announced the company would open a new branch in Colchester, Conn.
