A Fitchburg retail plaza on Airport Road has sold for just over $1.2 million.
The sale, which closed Sept. 11, puts the site at 68 Airport Road into the ownership of a realty trust managed by Pamela Dobeck. It was sold by property management company Renco Management of Waltham.
Renco Management bought the site for $411,500 in 2007, a year before the building went up.
The retail center, called Vogue Plaza, includes Legends Bar & Grille and Birdies, an indoor golf center. It formerly included River City Diner, Family Martial Arts Center, Trinity Salon and Dance Arts Centre.
The two-acre parcel was last assessed by the City of Fitchburg at nearly $1.3 million.
