Overlook Visiting Nurse Association of Charlton has hired Lori Puccetti, formerly of Americare at Home in Shrewsbury, as clinical implementation manager.
In her new role, Puccetti will oversee all clinical programs, including staff support and training.
At Americare, Puccetti served as director of health care services, handling clinical and operational processes for three offices.
In that position, she directed more than 70 employees.
Puccetti has also worked as regional director of health care services at Interim Healthcare of Worcester and has held management positions at Fallon Community Health Plan and VNA Care Network in Worcester.
Puccetti, a registered nurse, has undergraduate degrees from Quinsigamond Community College and Worcester State College. She is now pursuing her nurse practitioner degree from the UMass Medical School/Graduate School of Nursing.
She lives in Sterling.
