Westborough-based software maker ViryaNet Ltd. said a leading Ecuadorian telecommunications company has chosen the firm’s software platform to manage its workforce.
ViryaNet did not name the telecom provider, but said it has 90 percent of the digital subscriber market in the South American country and more than half of the fixed broadband market.
The telecom company will use the software for scheduling and dispatch operations for approximately 500 work crews.
