Westborough-based software firm ViryaNet Ltd. announced it has formed a partnership with Infotech Enterprises, a global engineering firm based in India.
ViryaNet, whose stock is publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board, said the partnership will allow the two firms to respond to customer demands and market conditions, particularly within the utilities and telecom sectors.
Infotech engineers were recently certified by ViryaNet in its mobile workforce management software, called ViryaNet G4.
The software handles workforce dispatching, field communications, work orders, scheduling, inventory and other matters.
