Southborough information technology company Virtusa Corp., announced Thursday the launch of vLife 6.0, which will personalize patient care.
The cloud-based marketplace gives payers, providers, along with medical device and life sciences companies, the ability to capture, share, and deliver data in a more unified way, according to the release.
Through the use of artificial intelligence, the new technology automates data entry, medicine distribution, and research analysis which allows medical professionals to focus more on patient care, per the release.
“Healthcare and life sciences organizations need to access previously untapped patient data to drive operational efficiency, enhance the patient/provider experience, and ultimately provide more effective patient care,” said Anthony Lange, senior vice president of healthcare and life sciences at Virtusa, from a press release.
