Westborough-based IT firm Virtusa Corp. has promoted Santanu Paul to head of global delivery operations. Paul had most recently served as General Manager of Virtusa’s Hyderabad Advanced Technology Center in India, a position he will continue to hold while overseeing the global growth of the company. Paul joined Virtusa in 2003.
