Westborough IT consulting and outsourcing company Virtusa Corp. increased its fourth-quarter revenue 22 percent to $58.3 million, while profits rose 44 percent to $5.2 million. For its full fiscal year, which ended March 31, Virtusa’s revenues increased 33 percent to $218 million, a record for the company.
Its profits for the year rose 34 percent to $16.2 million.
The company also issued guidance for the current fiscal year, saying it expects revenues between $59.6 million and $61.6 million in the first quarter, and full-year revenues between $252 million and $266 million.
