A new Verizon Wireless cell site will increase high-speed wireless coverage along Route 111 and I-495 in Boxborough.
The company said the new site will help it to stay ahead of growing demand for voice, multimedia and Internet access. Since its formation in 2000, the company said, it has invested nearly $2.2 billion in improvements to its New England network.
