Vehicle outfitter signs Oxford lease

Marlborough-based MHQ has signed a 10 year lease for a 40,100 square-foot building in Oxford.
The announcement of the lease that will begin in August was made by Greater Boston Commercial properties that represented the owner leasing the property at 19 Industrial Park Road East. The property sits on 3.5 acres of land.
MHQ provides upfitting services to vehicles, preparing them for duty in the fleets of law enforcement, public works, highway departments, utilities, environmental companies and fire departments.
