Valeritas Inc., a Bridgewater, N.J., medical technology company with R&D and manufacturing operations in Shrewsbury, has hired James E. Dentzer as its new CFO.
Dentzer previously worked as CFO of Amicus Therapeutics, where he helped the company execute a successful IPO. Before that, he was vice president and corporate controller of Biogen Idec and held senior financial roles at E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co.
Valeritas develops and commercializes drug delivery systems for diabetes treatments.
