Uxbridge Shopping Plaza Sold

The Uxbridge Center shopping plaza was recently sold to a Cambridge-based real estate group for $11.2 million, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.

Unison Realty Partners, under the name Uxbridge Center LLC, bought the 75,985-square-foot plaza, which is anchored by a Hannaford Supermarket, from Connecticut-based Woodgreen Uxbridge LP.

It was the fourth shopping center acquisition for Unison since its founding in 2010, the company said in a press release. The company specializes in off-market shopping center acquisitions.
