Atlanta-based Osmose Utilities has signed a lease to open a new call center and New England administrative offices in Westborough.
According to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, the company signed a lease at 125 Turnpike Road in Westborough in three separate transactions for 6,460 square feet of office space.
The Center For Arts & Wellness has leased 2,730 square feet that will house an interpretive dance studio, according to a release from Greater Boston Commercial Properties that completed all three transactions. Occupying 1,000 square feet will be STEM Beginnings, an after school tutoring center for young children, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
