Farmington-based UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp., has completed its purchase of a French electronic security business known as Initial Delta.
Headquartered in Lyon, France, Initial Delta provides electronic security and fire safety solutions to a wide range of customers.
“The addition of IESG’s operations in the U.K., Netherlands, U.S., and now France, will strengthen our global electronic security presence,” said William Brown, president of UTC Fire & Security.
