Westfield-based fire protection contractor HFP Corp. has been bought by Integrated Products and Services Inc., an affiliate of Farmington, Conn.-based UTC Fire & Security, according to FMI Corp., the investment bank that represented HFP in the transaction.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
HFP was established in 1972 and has offices in Hopedale, Bourne and Windsor Locks, Conn. The company specializes in the design, fabrication and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
Integrated Products and Services Inc. is an industrial and commercial fire safety company.
