The United Parcel Service has signed on to locate a regional driver training and education center at a 15,000 square-foot space in West Boylston.
The delivery service has signed a seven-year lease at 99 Hartwell St. in West Boylston, according to a release from Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, who represented the landlord. The property will be used as a training facility and has been outfitted to meet the tenant’s needs. These changes include an office, classroom, high bay 20-28 ft. clear training area, and a one acre outdoor driving course.
