The board of directors of Unitil Corp., the Hampton, N.H.-based utility that provides electricity to several North Worcester County towns, has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.345 per share.
The dividend is the same as those paid by the company in January and March.
The dividend is payable Aug. 16 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 2.
Unitil reported a profit of $6.5 million for the first quarter compared to $9.1 million a year ago.
Electricity revenue dipped from $62.1 million to $50.8 million.
