United Way Names Campaign Co-Chairs
United Way of Central Massachusetts has named St. Vincent Hospital President and CEO Erik G. Wexler and Worcester-based attorney John J. Spillane as co-chairs of the 2013 United Way charitable campaign.
Wexler was named CEO of St. Vincent in July 2011, and Spillane is senior partner at the firm Spillane & Spillane LLP.
Each year, the United Way campaign raised nearly $6 million in contributions from corporate, individual and foundation supporters, according to United Way, and uses the money to assist Central Massachusetts residents in poverty.
