Whitinsville-based UniBank announced several promotions and new additions to its board of corporators.
The following individuals received promotions. Their new titles are listed:
The bank also announced the election of four new members to the board of corporators of its holding company, UFS Bancorp.
The new corporators are: Denise H. Brookhouse, CFO of Koopman Lumber in Whitinsville and a resident of Whitinsville; Anthony J. Guerra, regional sales engineer for MOXA Americas and a resident of Whitinsville; Christina M. Menard, relationship manager for ING and a resident of Douglas; Jeffrey A. Smith, director for International Integrated Solutions LLC and a resident of Uxbridge.
As members of the board of corporators they will represent the interests of the bank's depositors and elect the trustees each year to oversee management of the institution during their 10-year terms.
