UMass Orthopedic Surgeon Joins Clinton Hospital

Dr. Abhay Patel of the UMass Memorial Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence has joined the staff of Clinton Hospital as part of a partnership between the two hospitals to offer outpatient orthopedic care at Clinton.
Patel graduated from Boston University School of Medicine, completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Maimonides Medical Center in New York and did fellowships at Orlando Regional Medical Center and Michigan International Foot and Ankle Center.
At Clinton Hospital, Patel will care for all adult orthopedic conditions except back and neck injuries, and will treat pediatric fractures
