UMass Memorial chosen for Blue Cross Blue Shield distinction

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has chosen UMass Memorial Medical Center as a Blue Distinction Center for numerous specialties in its Blue Distinction Specialty Care program.
Blue Distinction Centers are healthcare centers supported by BCBSMA, focused on supplying high-quality patient safety and better health outcomes.
This program has assisted many patients locate quality care in a myriad of medical fields including cancer treatment, cellular immunotherapy, and a vast range of surgeries.
UMass Memorial Medical Center’s recognition as a Blue Distinction Center by BCBSMA was based off of its cardiac care, and knee and hip replacement.
