Metrolube Realty, LLC, registered to Bob Ladas, president CEO of Marlborough’s Metrolube Enterprises Inc., purchased two Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations in Worcester for $3.2 million.
Both deals closed on Thursday, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
Bob Ladas owns 105 Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchise stores, throughout the East Coast and Midwest, through three different entities, according to his LinkedIn page. The first was built in Hudson in 2002.
The 5,775-square-foot lot with a garage at 646 Chandler St. was sold for $1.28 million. The property is assessed by the City of Worcester for $267,300.
The 10,941-square-foot lot with a garage at 445 Lincoln St. was sold for $1.92 million. This lot is assessed by the City for $456,000.
The properties were sold by Regina and Edward Leavitt. They bought 646 Chandler St. in 2004 for $330,163, and 445 Lincoln St. was purchased by McGrail Associates Inc., registered to the Leavitts, in 1989 for $300,000.
