Two members of the Southbridge Credit Union board of directors have retired.
Louis E. Colognesi Jr. served as a director for 35 years, including a stint as board chairman. Roger A. Dion was president of the credit union and later served on the board, for a total of 42 years with the institution.
The credit union also announced the re-election of its corporate officers, including Edward A. Galonek as chairman and Thomas J. Smalarz as president.
