The separate owners of Miranda Bread and Pampas Brazilian Steak House recently purchased their respective restaurant locations from the family that owns D’Errico’s Market on Shrewsbury St.
Edielson Flores, owner of Pampas Brazilian Steak House, purchased 143-145 East Central St. on June 20 for $1.5 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. The purchase was made through his company Edielson & Rosilande Inc.
Miranda Bread’s owner, Ernando Castro purchased his location at 140 Shrewsbury St. on March 23 through his company WL 140 LLC for $600,000, The restaurant has other locations in Framingham, Marlborough, and Stoughton.
The seller of both properties was J L Bread & Butter Inc., owned by the Evangelista family. Joseph Evangelista sold Shrewsbury Street staple D’Errico’s Market to his adopted son Rodrigo DeOliveira in 2017, before the father’s passing in 2019.
