Milford Federal Savings & Loan Association announced that Kimberly Royer was promoted to operations officer and Kristen Moore was promoted to operations manager.
Royer will manage the operations department and serve as IRA and pension plan administrator for customer accounts. She will also serve on both the corporate compliance and technology committees.
Royer, a resident of Uxbridge, graduated from Dean College in Franklin with an associate's degree in business administration. She was a teller in 1983 at Milford Federal and, since, has held positions in the operations and loan departments and served as assistant manager and branch manager.
Moore will direct and manage clerical personnel, activities in the operations department, customer relations and inquiries, and she will serve as a member of the corporate compliance committee.
Moore resides in Blackstone and has worked at Milford Federal since 2005.
