Fallon Clinic has appointed two new executives, Stephen Dolat and John Gillespie Jr.
Dolat is Fallon's new executive vice president of clinic operations, making him responsible for the operations of all Fallon sites, and well as helping to set the organization's long-range goals. He previously worked for Newton contract research company Parexel and has more than two decades of management experience in industries including software, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. He lives in Newton.
Gillespie is Fallon's new executive director of strategic alliances. He has more than 30 years experience in health care management and strategy. In his new role, he works with internal and external constituents and builds partnerships for Fallon. He previously served as Vanguard Health System's vice president of business development for the New England region, representing Worcester's Saint Vincent Hospital in its partnerships with Fallon.
