Marlborough Savings Bank has promoted Dawn M. Melanson to senior vice president of operations and Sebi Ovesian to assistant vice president of loan operations.
Melanson has been with the bank since 2003 and has 27 years of banking experience. She lives in Marlborough with her husband Chuck and sons Kris and Nick and is active in fundraising for the American Cancer Society.

Ovesian joined the bank in 2007, after serving as the director of loan servicing for Members Mortgage Co. in Woburn and assistant treasurer/loan servicing manager for Sovereign Bank/Compass Bank for Savings. Altogether she has 13 years of banking experience. She lives in Lunenburg with her husband Oves and their children Nikolas and Tatiana.
