Two MetroWest companies have signed leases to relocate into a combined 12,550 square feet of space in Hudson’s Kane Industrial park.
Dogs’ Learning Center LLC, which provides canine owners with training and education, signed a lease last week for a 6,750-square-foot building at 12 Kane Industrial Park Drive, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Marlborough, which represented the landlord.
The company will relocate next month from Hudson’s Main Street to the new industrial space.
Play it Now, an online computer game apparel and toy distributor, has relocated from Sudbury to 5,800 square feet at 14 Kane Industrial Drive, Greater Boston Commercial Properties said.
12 Kane was built in 1969, while 14 Kane was built in 1972, according to town property records. Both properties are owned by Alden H. Kane, and feature both an overhead drive-in door and tailboard loading, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
The company is continuing to market 8,800 square feet of industrial space at 11 Kane, which was built in 2012 and owned by Alden Kane.
