Two warehouse/manufacturing properties are now available for lease in Franklin, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough.
One is 10 Liberty Way in the Franklin Industrial Park, which is a 56,000-square-foot facility that will be vacated after Hilliard Precision Products moves its operation to Bellingham.
The site is near Interstate 495 and is being leased for $5.95 per square foot.
The other property is 10 Kenwood Circle, which is about 50 percent vacant with about 72,000 square feet of space available for lease at $4.50 per square foot.
Both properties include high ceilings, loading docks and office space.
