Two Directors Leave BSX
Ursula Burns and Kristina Johnson have resigned from Boston Scientific Corp.'s board of directors after Burns was named CEO of Xerox and Johnson was confirmed as undersecretary in the U.S. Department of Energy.
Burns currently serves as president of Xerox and will become CEO on July 1. Before her new appointment, Johnson was provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at The Johns Hopkins University.
BSX is a medical device manufacturer based in Natick.
