Two dentists purchase Shrewsbury medical building for $6M

A corporation registered to two orthodontists purchased a medical professional building at 604 Main St. in Shrewsbury for $6 million on Friday.

Sam Alkhoury and Omar Salem, two orthodontists with considerable medical professional property holdings, purchased the 18,826-square-foot building from DSN Realty Trust, who acquired the property in 2012 for $4.5 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.

The Town of Shrewsbury assesses the property at $4.7 million. 

The deal closed the same day that Alkhoury purchased the Worcester Surgical Center for $9 million.
