Two Central Massachusetts businesses — Goji and Butler Home Products — have decided to relocate to 2 Cabot Road in Hudson.
R.W. Holmes Realty of Wayland said Wednesday it has leased 20,000 square feet of office space to Goji, formerly of Westborough; and 35,000 square feet to Butler Home Products, formerly of Marlborough.
The renovated space leased to Goji, a service that helps consumers shop for automobile insurance, features open spaces with walls of glass and high ceilings, the realtor said. Goji, with nearly 200 employees, relocated from 1 Research Drive, Westborough.
Butler Home Products will relocate its regional office from 237 Cedar Hill Road in Marlborough, bringing more than 50 jobs to Hudson. Butler Home Products is a manufacturer and distributor of branded cleaning products in North America.
R.W. Holmes Realty represented K&L Realty of Worcester in negotiating the leases.
