Victor J. Melfa, CEO and founder of The Training Associates in Westborough, has joined the board of trustees of Ave Maria University in Florida.
Besides TTA, Melfa has founded several companies, including IT services company CompTIA and the IT Training Association. He has a B.S. from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.A. from Columbia University, both in physics, as well as an MBA from Northeastern University.
Ave Maria University is a Catholic institution founded by former Domino’s Pizza owner Thomas S. Monaghan.
