Trust pays $5M for manufacturer's Holliston site

A realty trust has paid $5.1 million for a 4-acre industrial site in Holliston with a building hosting the manufacturer Pagell Corp.
The sale of 74 Lowland St. was announced Wednesday by Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Northborough, which brokered the deal.
Pagell Corp., which operates in a 70,000-square-foot warehouse for converting services for paper and other products, signed a 10-year lease at the time of the sale, the broker said.
The buyer was Solomon MacLean Realty Trust. The seller was a limited liability corporation registered to Richard Kohn and Cynthia Danaher of Winchester.
