J.B. Hunt Transportation Service Inc. has leased 11,500 square feet of space at 37 Town Forest Rd. in Oxford.
The property, which is part of an industrial park adjacent to Interstate 495, is owned by James R. Perry of Millbury and will be used by J.B. Hunt as a fleet maintenance facility.
The transaction was brokered by Glickman Kovago & Co., a Worcester-based commercial real estate firm.
J.B. Hunt is a trucking and logistics company based in Arkansas.
