Westborough holding company PJM Family Enterprises, LLC has purchased for $1.9 million a 6.4-acre parcel off Route 20 in Worcester to use for its trucking business, D. Murgo Trucking.
The parcel, including three industrial buildings totaling 24,600 square feet, according to real estate brokers Kelleher & Sadowsky, who announced the sale on Thursday. The seller was listed as Cobble Hill Property Management, LLC.
Land records from the Worcester County Registry of Deeds show that the sale closed last month.
According to Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky, other tenants in the Route 20 property include trucking company T&T Enterprises, Marmitas Truck Services and DeSantis Collision Center. Those companies will continue to occupy those spaces.
Dominic Murgo, owner of D. Murgo Trucking, said the business plans to locate in a building in the newly purchased property. The business was located there eight years ago, but then moved the company across Route 20.
