A survey of business leaders by Maynard online retailer RapidBuyr.com found that mobile technology and travel expenses are expected to top the list of purchases that business make this year.
More than half of respondents – 62 percent – said they expect to purchase air travel tickets for business use this year, while 55 percent said they will spend money on hotel rooms.
Technology was the other hot area of potential purchasing. Just under half of respondents – 49 percent – said they plan to purchase a tablet computer within the next 12 months. Another 44 percent said they plan to buy mobile phones.
RapidBuyR surveyed more than 2,000 customers.
