TransAct Technologies, a Hamden-based specialty printer maker, said it has filed a counterclaim against FutureLogic Inc., a Glendale, Calif.-based printer maker which is suing TransAct for alleged patent infringement. The claim, filed earlier this year in U.S. District Court for the District of Central California, alleges TransAct has infringed on technology used in a line of USB printers made by FutureLogic. TransAct, which recently relocated from Wallingford, filed an injunction to stop FutureLogic from selling that line of printers.Â
