A trade show exhibition company recently expanded its Franklin Industrial Park lease, according to the broker.
Greater Boston Commercial Properties said that Bret O’Brien recently represented Taylor Exhibition Services Inc. as it expanded its 37,536-square-foot lease from 2009. The company extended its lease and added 17,487 square feet at the 10 Liberty Way location -- filling the entire building -- to accommodate company growth, the broker said.
In order to accommodate the Ontario-based Taylor Exhibition, O’Brien also negotiated the early termination of iCandy Favors, which had been leasing the remaining spaceat 10 Liberty Way.
O’Brien said the Franklin property gives Taylor Exhibition at Northeast hub made up of 9,000 square feet of office space while the rest is warehouse and production space.
