Wholesale tire distributor Max Finkelstein Inc., headquartered in New York City, will lease a 106,000-square-foot distribution space at 150 Hayes Memorial Drive in Northborough, according to a press release from Worcester real estate brokerage firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The value of the lease was not disclosed.
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs’ principal, Jim Glickman, represented Max Finkelstein in obtaining the lease agreement.
Max Finkelstein Inc. operates 16 distribution centers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states.
The company declined to provide additional details about the distribution center.
