Tile installer, window treater lease MetroWest properties
Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Northborough announced this week that it helped lease two MetroWest properties.
Installations Plus, a tile, brick, ceramic and glass installer, will relocate its offices from Holliston to Westborough following a leasing of 7,350 square feet of flex space.
Greater Boston Commercial Properties also represented the landlord in an 11,740-square-foot lease at 362 Elm St. in Marlborough to ATSAL, a window installation and treatment company.
Financial terms were not disclosed in either deal.
