Sturbridge advertising agency smith&jones has promoted three employees: Derek Beahn, Jennifer Day and Jennifer Perry.
Beahn joined the agency’s management team as a principal on his 10th anniversary with the company in June. He also retains his title of senior account manager.
Day was promoted to junior account executive and Perry rose to senior designer.
