Three companies have renewed or signed new leases at the MetroWest Executive Center in Southborough.
According to Wayland-based commercial real estate broker R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc., which represented the center's owner Firmin Avenue Joint Venture LLC, the leases total 17,657 square feet.
Trigent Software signed a new lease for 3,850 square feet and intends to relocate its company headquarters to the center from Apple Hill in Natick. Trigent was represented in the transaction by Boston commercial real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
Television technology company Update Logic signed a new lease for 3,800 square feet at the park and ViryaNet, a telecommunications company, renewed its lease for 10,007 square feet. The companies were represented by commercial brokers CB Richard Ellis of Boston and R.W. Holmes, respectively.
