The owner of the Edaville Family Theme Park in Carver has sold his property in Marlborough to a Los Angeles real estate firm for $24.25 million.
The two-story, 44,000-square-foot office building at 250 Locke Drive was last assessed at $3.7 million. It houses the Sungard Availability Services' data center and workplace recovery center.
Landmark Infrastructure, a Los Angeles-area firm owning and managing real estate and infrastructure, bought the building from the 250 Locke Drive Corp., which is registered to Jon Delli Priscoli, the owner of Edaville Family Theme Park, which is a heritage railroad opened in 1947.
The property, which includes nearly five acres, sits off Elm Street amid a cluster of office buildings and the Massachusetts International Academy.
