Theater Chain Launches Phone App

The Norwood-based movie theater chain National Amusements, which has locations in Worcester and Millbury, has a new app for iPhone and Blackberry smartphones.
The app will allow users to locate their nearest theater using GPS and purchase tickets to any National Amusements theater. The app will also allow users to view trailers, check movie times and access special deals.
The app is free and available for download from iTunes and the Blackberry App World.
